Delicious Dutch cheese starts with our farmers
Raw Milk Farmhouse Cheese is an historical and traditional product. The preparation is for the largest part still manual work. Our flavorful Farmhouse Cheese is produced in accordance with authentic recipes. A high-quality end product is created on the basis of modern quality control.
Our Cooperative has a few dozen members, who are mainly based in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. Every cheese maker uses his/her own farming practices, starting with looking after the cows. During cheese making, the farmer uses his/her own recipe and method of preparation, which produces a variation in aroma, flavor and texture. Dutch Farmhouse Cheese is therefore anything but a standardized uniform product and that is exactly what makes it an unique product.
