During the first two weeks, Raw Milk Farmhouse Cheese is ripened on the farm. Then the cheese is transported to De Producent’s warehouse for further ripening and maintenance. Over time, De Producent has specialized in ripening entire Raw Milk Farmhouse Cheeses, ranging from 2 kg, 4 kg, 12 kg, and 16 kg to 25 kg in size.
