Raw Milk Farmhouse Cheese with Cloves
Cloves have been added to cheese for years. Originally, cloves were added mainly in the northern provinces of Holland, in Friesland and Groningen. Our full-fat Raw Milk Farmhouse Cheese with cloves has a creamy mouth feel and herby flavour. The cheese is at its best after approximately 3-4 months ripening, when the flavor has developed well.
