Raw Milk Farmhouse Spring Cheese

Raw Milk Farmhouse Spring Cheese is a seasonal product made of the milk in the meadow season. The Dutch Grazing Foundation (‘Stichting Weidegang’) controls the minimum of 120 days that cows must graze outside. Depending on the ripening period, the cheese is available from around May each year, in 12 kg and 16 kg sizes. Spring Cheese is characterized by its very smooth mouth feel and aromatic flavor.
