Farmhouse Cheese from young to extra aged

During the first two weeks, Farmhouse Cheese is ripened on the farm. Then the cheese is shipped to De Producent’s warehouse for further ripening and maintenance. Over time, De Producent has specialized in ripening entire cheeses, ranging from 4 kg, 12 kg, 16 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg and 60 kg.
