The quality of our cheese is strictly monitored and optimised

De Producent is a modern and flexible organization with an open and innovative vision of the domestic and global markets. Our Research and Development Department follows continuously market trends and develops innovative new recipes for A-brands and private labels. The traditional process, passion and expertise of the farmers are the ingredients for our flavorful quality cheese products.

We control the quality of our products with a HACCP Quality and Food Safety System. Besides, our site in Moordrecht is also certified for the high standards of BRC Food Safety and IFS Food.

Quality control starts at the farm. We support our farmers in working hygienically and managing the traceability of raw materials and end products. In addition, the milk’s quality is analysed weekly.

Our Quality Control department inspects the cheese after production, during maturation and when leaving the warehouse. Our products are regularly analyzed on food safety, microbiological quality and chemical proportions. The modern digital traceability system secures the tracking and tracing of our ingredients and cheese products.
