Spicy Kaazië Szechuan Pepper

This Farmhouse Cheese has an Asian feel due to the Chinese Szechuan pepper named after the Chinese province of Sichuan. This spicy, fresh pepper is not actually a pepper, but comes from the dried peel of a small citrus fruit. This gives the creamy semi-mature cheese it’s refreshing and slightly spicy flavor.
