We proudly present our beer cheese! Starting developing this cheese, we went looking for a local beer brewer who wanted to brew a suitable beer for our cheese. We entered into a partnership with De Molen brewery from Bodegraven. A craft brewery with brewers who know their trade. Together we made this beer cheese. An accessible tough cheese, to which nothing else has been added than De Molen’s Triple Heen & Weer beer. So no artificial flavors or fragrances! Curious about this cheese?
