We have selected a delicious farmhouse cheese especially for this coming winter. Our winter cheese is a full-fat cheese with warm spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and white pepper. In addition, the cheese contains orange pieces and real mulled wine! After assessing this cheese at different ripening stages, we came to the conclusion that this cheese is already very tasty at a young age. Just a little patience, this cheese will be available from week 45.
